1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on 9kbo are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and select debit and credit cards. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary depending on the payment method selected and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits are typically credited to your 9kbo account balance within a few minutes of a successful transaction. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa generally reflect instantly. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference.

• All deposit methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

All sports bets placed on 9kbo are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review the details of any bet before confirming it, including the selection, stake, odds, and market type. 9kbo will not void or amend a confirmed bet on the grounds of player error.

8 Prohibited Conduct

9kbo maintains a strict fair play environment. The following activities are prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your personal information.
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions through your bank or payment provider (chargebacks) while the funds remain in your 9kbo account.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact customer support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus obligations, subject to standard verification procedures. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of PKR 200 per month, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.
